Childrens Choirs Registration Form (ages 3-12)
Welcome to a new year of teaching our children to praise the Lord through music! We are excited about teaching your children, and look forward to seeing them grow in their faith and musical ability. Together, we can make a lasting impact on their lives through music that surprises, enriches and challenges them.
All of our directors are committed to working with your children. In an effort to provide music for all of our worship services, we rotate our children’s choirs throughout the year into all of the service schedules. Our schedule can found at www.gbpres.org and is subject to change; however, your director will let you know well in advance if this is the case.

We have found this to be an excellent way to communicate effectively and efficiently with all families! Please fill out the form below, and be sure to notify us if it changes. One form per child.
